Buxus Sempervirens 'Variegata'

The Variegata Boxwood is noted for its variegated glossy foliage that are bright green with a white border. Reaching a mature height of 5 feet and a width of 8 feet this evergreen has quite the range of placement among landscapes. It prefers a filter light as opposed to direct blazing sun.

Joseph's Take

Joseph's Take

Variegated Boxwood is similar to Green Beauty Boxwood in its size and growth habits but has white varigation. Although still slow growing, its mature size is larger than other Boxwoods. As with all Boxwoods, this one is appropriate for cold weather container planting. I've never tried it but I bet this one would look nice planted with a Jazz Hands Loropetalum which also has white varigation and loves to be trimmed.
