Japanses Maples are easy to grow in a sunny spot with space to spread out. A little dappled shade in the afternoon is a good idea in warmer states as the leaves can be stressed in the hottest months of the year.

Acer palmatum 'Adrian's Compact'
Adrian's Compact is an upright dwarf Japanese Maple. It's spring flush starts out bright red and matures to a deep purple or maroon color by summer. They are easy to grow and reach a mature height of 10 feet in ten years. Fall colors are orange and red. A perfect addition for any collector.
Our Japanese Maples are sold in 2 or 3 gallon pots. They are larger and more mature than a typical one gallon specimen. Since all Japanese Maples are generally slow growing, it is advised to choose a more mature plant when installing into your landscape.
