Weeping Norway Spruce
Picea abies 'Pendula'
A smaller, denser weeping conifer than the Weeping Blue Atlas Cedar, the Weeping Norway Spruce makes a stunning accent plant that grows wider than it does tall. Deep green needles on thick trailing branches and 4-inch long hanging cones. With deliberate pruning and support, the Weeping Norway Spruce can ultimately be trained into a type of arbor, or even a mythical, whimsical dreadlocked dragon creature. Who wouldn’t want that in their garden?
