Crimson Queen Japanese Maple 2-3 ft
Acer palmatum var. dissectum 'Crimson Queen'
Dwarf, delicate, and weeping Crimson Queen is a good friend of Tamukeyama. Many growers can see that Crimson Queen grows a little slower while Tamukeyama can handle the southern heat better than Crimson Queen. If you are interested in a traditional Japanese Maple that has red leaves and is weeping choose Crimson Queen if you live in a northern states and Tamukeyama if you live in a southern state.
Our Japanese Maples are sold in 2 or 3 gallon pots. They are larger and more mature than a typical one gallon specimen. Since all Japanese Maples are generally slow growing, it is advised to choose a more mature plant when installing into your landscape. If you would like a current photo of any specimen, please send us an email.
