Gold Cascade Deodar Cedar
Cedrus deodara 'Gold Cascade'
Don’t let the name fool you, Gold Cascade Deodara is no wimp. A member of the cedar family, this semi-dwarf tree grows pyramidally with outstanding bright yellow foliage tips that are strong against winter burn. The lime-green and yellow foliage form a specimen that almost glows in the garden, perfectly contrasting with darker neighbors. This slow grower can reach 8 feet tall by 8 feet wide in ten years.
