Acer palmatum 'Emperor 1'


If you have seen Bloodgood Maple, you will want to own an Emperor One. It's about as famous but it grows a lot faster. A big plus if your anxious for a large red tree in your front yard. Their leaves start our bright red in spring, are purple in summer and scarlet in fall. 


Our Japanese Maples are sold in 2 or 3 gallon pots. They are larger and more mature than a typical one gallon specimen. Since all Japanese Maples are generally slow growing, it is advised to choose a more mature plant when installing into your landscape. If you would like a current photo of any specimen, please send us an email.
