Abelia x Grandiflora 'Radiance' PP#21929

A compact evergreen shrub, the Abelia Radiance features red stems which hold up creamy white and silvery green variegated leaves which show hints of soft pink in the winter and is adorned with fragrant, small white trumpet shaped flowers in the spring. This Abelia is disease and deer resistant, drought tolerant, and appreciates the full sun.

Joseph's Take

Joseph's Take

I especially love planting and lightly colored dwarf abelia in front of larger dark green shrubs, the dark green leaves help pop the yellow color making a great contrast. Encore Azaleas would be a great choice since they bloom early while the abelia blooms in September. I recommended a few in the "Goes Well With" below.
