Miscanthus sinensis: 'Little Kitten'

 

The "Little Kitten' Maiden Grass is a beautiful dwarf variety of the Miscanthus famliy. Her blooms are creamy white with a touch of pink blush tones that gracefully sway in the breeze. This slim leaf Miscanthus grows in a mounded fashion.  As new growth starts to appear in early spring, prune the old foliage to promoted the new growth. The blooms of the 'Little Kitten' are beautiful to use in fresh or dried floral arrangements.
