Japanses Maples are easy to grow in a sunny spot with space to spread out. A little dappled shade in the afternoon is a good idea in warmer states as the leaves can be stressed in the hottest months of the year.

Ilariam is an upright dwarf Japanese Maple. It's spring flush includes green white and pink leaves. During summer the leaves will remain white and green varigated as long as it dosent get burned by hot southern sun. In northern states, Ilarian can be planted in full sun. They are easy to grow and reach a mature height of 8 feet in ten years. A perfect addition for any collector.
Our Japanese Maples are sold in 2 or 3 gallon pots. They are larger and more mature than a typical one gallon specimen. Since all Japanese Maples are generally slow growing, it is advised to choose a more mature plant when installing into your landscape. If you would like a current photo of any specimen, please send us an email.
