Victory White Camellia- 3 gallon container

Glossy green, leathery evergreen leaves showcase the medium sized semi-double blooms on the Victory White Camellia. Growth habit is upright and at vigorous rate. Soil should be moist, but well drained, and favors conditions similar to azaleas. Dappled shade is best for optimum growth and bloom performance. Like most camellias, it will benefit most from a bit of shelter from the wind and hot sun, since buds and leaves are susceptible to the extreme elements.

Joseph’s take: I have known for a long time that Camellias are a species of many options in color, bloom time, and growth habit.  More recently, during the development of this site, I’ve learned a lot more about about Camellias.  As we began growing these beauties, I have become increasingly knowledgeable of their similarities and differences.  For me its a fast grower and has large leaves.  Bloom time is Feb in NC.
