White Perfection Heather
Erica x darleyensis 'White Perfection'
This critically acclaimed, award winning Erica ‘White Perfection’ is robust, beautiful, and has a vigorous spreading habit. Its dwarf evergreen appeal is light and gently bridges gaps that are much too sharp between landscapes. Reaching a respectable 2 feet high and wide, it does best in partial sunlight but can handle most exposures well in zones 6-8. Unlike our other heathers, the White Perfection is notably known for its brilliant bell-shaped white flowers that bloom from early winter throughout the spring. It is great for really any landscaping application but prefers moist, acidic, well- drained soil like a camellia or rhododendron would. Plant along slopes, use as a ground cover, or add impact to rock gardens with a mass planting of these.
Heathers add much color when mixing several varieties and planting them together in the landscape. Companion plants are below or just do a search for heather above.
