Buddleia davidii 'Evil Ways'

Nothing screams evil in the yard like a butterfly bush...right? Apparently so, as this addition to our offerings has naturally healthy yellow leaves that on any other butterfly bush would make you tear at your hair wondering what went wrong! With the dark purple blooms and chartreuse-yellow leaves, the contrast on the bush and against other shrubs makes her a good stand-alone dwarf bush or a ready accomplice with other greener-leaved shrubs. Growing up to be 4 ft tall at maturity, smaller than our Kaleidoscope or Black Knight butterfly bushes, the contrast in character is an easy choice for group plantings with your other butterfly-attracting show stoppers.

Joseph's Take

A very fast growing butterfly bush. Evil Ways loves water during the summer bloom time, with periodic trimming they re-blooms till October. As the plant matures in the landscape, the flowers grow larger and more abundant.
